6 Pillars of Our Vision

Our Vision is actively being put into work through the support of six strategic pillars that guide every partnership, decision, and investment we make.

The Cornerstone

We will invest meaningfully with specific communities, understanding their specific needs holistically — and come with a perspective on what that local body needs.

Leadership Development

We will place a premium on two-way partnership — investing more heavily in a sustained program of mentorship and development for in-country, Ugandan leadership.

The Dual Calling

We will only engage in opportunities that serve the local population’s needs and magnify the gospel.

Alliance Building

In mobilizing to meet an expressed need, we will help identify the “right” partner — which will include seeking out and involving other ministries better equipped to address that specific opportunity.

Long-Term Viability

We will design with sustainability in mind and come alongside our existing ministry partners, helping ensure their ministries are positioned to flourish in the long-term.

Faithful Giving

We operate with transparency, responsibility, and continual evaluation to ensure every stakeholder can trust that our actions and resource allocations faithfully serve our mission.
