REVIVAL OUTREACH

Revival Outreach Ministries, founded by the late Pastor Johnson Bakashaba, and now run by his wife, Pastor Margaret Bakashaba, is in the southwestern part of Uganda in beautiful Kabale.  Revival Outreach’s mission is to offer Christ’s love to orphaned, homeless, and helpless children by giving them a Christian education, shelter, food, medical care, and the Word of God.  Engage Hope began partnering with Revival Outreach in 2014.  That same year, Ebenezer Christian Academy was founded by Pastor Johnson.  Today, the school provides a Christian education to over 550 students.  Many of these children are sponsored through Engage Hope, but so many more desperately need support.  A donation of $40 per month for a primary student (Pre-K and Elementary) or $55 for a secondary student (High School) provides tuition, food, and minor medical care as needed for the student.  Without support, many children in the Revival Outreach community will never be able to attend school.

Emmanuella lives with both of her parents in extreme poverty.  Her sponsor was unable to continue supporting her, and her parents cannot afford her school fees.  Without support, Emmanuella will not be able to continue her education.  Her favorite subject in school is math and she dreams of being a nurse.

Precious lives in the House of Hope Children’s Home, a ministry of Revival Outreach.  She helps at home by cooking and washing clothes and utensils.  Her favorite subject in school is chemistry, and she dreams of becoming a doctor to help her community.  Precious’ former sponsor was unable to continue.  Precious needs support to complete her education.

Enoch is a special needs child with a hearing impairment.  He loves school and math is his favorite subject.  At home he helps by fetching water and washing utensils.  Enoch’s sponsor passed away and his family is unable to afford his school fees.  Enoch dreams of being an engineer if he gets support to continue his education.
