Julius family came from Kisoro district to settle in Wakiso, but they don’t have anyone in this village. The father has just got a job and it is paying little whereby he can only buy food and the mother is still looking for the job but still in vain. Julius loves to study but his parents cannot afford the tuition of the school. The sad part is they stay near the school they admire children who attend school but they cannot pay school fees.
