AHEREZA MEIR

Meir's father serves as an evangelist and supplements the family's income through farming and keeping animals. His mother contributes wherever she can to help manage the household. Neither parent had the opportunity to receive a formal education, which has limited their earning potential and left the family in a fragile financial position. The past year has been particularly difficult, and his mother has had to take on additional work to help make ends meet.
