Cyrus is a cheerful boy who loves to learn. His father struggles without steady work and relies on small-scale farming, which cannot cover school fees. Due to the situation at home,, Cyrus droped out of school and started selling scrap with older boys to help his father meet some needs. unfortunately, the boys were a negative influence and conviced Cyrus stay out of home until very late in the evening which grieved the father and resorted to punishing him. Cyrus being punished every day could not contain it and so decided to run to the streets.

He was then rescued by African hearts and since coming into our care, he has been consistently joyful, well-behaved, and fully engaged in home-schooling. We believe that an opportunity for him to join school will transform and secure his future.
