Rania belongs to a family comprising of three children. Rania stays with her grandmother because the father is a drunkard. The mother could not take care of the child therefore she decided to bring a child to Wakiso to stay with the grandmother. Rania’s Grandmother pays school fees but she is always sent home because her grandmother cannot manage to clear all the school fees for her. The grandmother is very old and sometimes fails to work at her tomato stall at home. This makes the whole family struggle in getting the basic necessities of life including food.
