Our Leadership Team
Kristina and her husband Patrick have been married for 22 years and have 3 children. Kristina’s daughter began going to Uganda on mission trips in 2014 and fell in love with the people there and has been every year since then. In March 2015, Kristina took her first journey to Uganda with Madison and again in July 2016 together. Kristina previously owned her own business and then decide to be with her children. Kristina felt a calling to Africa after her first mission trip to Uganda. She decided if she could not live in Africa, she wanted to make a difference in Africa at least from the United States. Kristina started working for Engage Hope in September 2015. It has been so humbling and a blessing to work with our Ministry Partners in Uganda, Mexico and South Asia and see how God is working.
Kim and her husband Larry have been married for 24 years and have 2 children. Kim’s daughter began going to Uganda on mission trips in 2015 and fell in love with the people. In March 2016, Kim took her first journey to Uganda with both of her daughters. Shortly after that trip, when asked to jump on board at Engage Hope, there was no hesitation. Kim started working part time and several months later took over the Sponsor-a-Child program. It has been a complete blessing getting to know the incredible Child Sponsors and working with the Ministry Partners in Uganda.
